Tan Huai Wern
Managing Director
Huai Wern is the Managing Director of R. Andersen. Huai Wern's focus is on placing middle to senior level professionals in General Management, Investments, Corporate Finance, M&A, Human Resources and Audit, Finance and Accounting.
Prior to joining R. Andersen, Huai Wern was Associate Director of Private Equity Fund Investments with Temasek International. Before his role in private equity fund investing, Huai Wern worked in the Corporate Development Group of Temasek, covering roles in Investment Risk Management and Internal Audit. He started his career as an external auditor with KPMG Singapore covering the audit of banks, asset management and manufacturing companies.
He holds a Bachelor of Management Sciences and Accounting (Hons) from University of Southampton, United Kingdom.
Lynn Teo
Director
Lynn is a Director of R. Andersen. Lynn is responsible for the Talent Research and Marketing for the Company.
Prior to joining R. Andersen, Lynn was Vice President of Global Marketing and Communications with Legg Mason Global Asset Management. During her time at Legg Mason, she was involved in the creation of marketing communications materials, events planning and coordination for both Singapore and Asia. She started her career in the financial industry as a personal financial consultant with OCBC Bank covering the advisory of financial services.
She holds a Bachelor of Business Studies (Hons) from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
Mak Chui Ling
Associate Director
Chui Ling is an Associate Director of R. Andersen. Her experience in transactional and institutional communications, media relations and investor relations has been extensive; having been in the buy-side investment industry and large listed companies with diverse business lines.
Prior to joining R. Andersen, Chui Ling was Associate Director of Public Affairs, Sustainability & Stewardship Group with Temasek International. During her six years with Temasek, her role covered transaction communications; institutional communications, branding & identity; and media relations. She started her career in Investor Relations at Keppel Corporation. Chui Ling’s sector exposure spans across investment and asset management, offshore & marine, property, and infrastructure.
She holds a Bachelor of Business Management from Singapore Management University.
Viola Ow
Research Associate
Viola is a Research Associate of R. Andersen. She is responsible for Talent Research for the company.
Prior to re-joining R. Andersen, Viola was a teacher at Heritage Academy Singapore, where she supervised and managed students’ progress, engaged in communication with multiple stakeholders, events planning, scheduling, and administrative tasks including Human Resources and process improvement projects. She started her career as a Research Associate with R. Andersen after graduating from university. During her undergraduate years, she was a Research Assistant working on Linguistics research projects with various PhD students and Professors. She also did an internship with an advertising firm.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics and Multilingual Studies (2nd Upper Hons) from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
Peggy Lee
Senior Consultant
Peggy is Senior Consultant at R. Andersen. She was a founding Partner of R. Andersen and Partners. Since 1991, Peggy has built a long track record of senior level placements across a wide variety of industries.
Prior to founding R. Andersen in 1991, Peggy spent 11 years in Corporate Finance Advisory with Standard Chartered Bank and DG Bank-GZB Asia in Singapore. Before this, Peggy was an external auditor with Pricewaterhouse Coopers.
She is a member of the Institute of Cerified Public Accountants of Singapore and holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons).
